Strong analytic skills and problem solving oriented.
Strong focus capacity.
Technical aptitude and capacity to identify alternative solutions to clients' problems.
Ability to manage multiple critical and high priority issues or problems with a high sense of emergency.
Experience with Google Suite products.
Great communication: verbal, writing and active hearing skills.
Provide a high level of actionable insights and data analysis to deliver value to our clients
Guides users through troubleshooting and troubleshooting processes, which may include using software and/or following verbal instructions.
Participate in all team meetings and provide feedback on process improvement, while we evangelize the culture and spirit of teamwork.
Demonstrates an increasing level of knowledge and understanding of the Company products and integrations.
Accurately documents and updates customer records, support notes, and interactions. (Salesforce, ZenDesk, Dialpad, Confluence, etc.)
