We ́re looking for a Jira Administrator


Description

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ year(s) experience as Jira Administrator, preferably across Data Center.
  • Strong understanding of Jira configuration and customization, including but not limited to user management, app management, security, workflows, automation, and schemes.
  • Experience in developing custom reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
  • Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator
  • English fluency required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator
in Data Center and Server

  • Experience managing and triaging user submitted issues via ticketing system(s)
  • Experience building SOP documentation
  • Experience managing conflicting priorities and owning decisions while building relationships.

About the job:
