THE JOB:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support day to day business requirements according to Global Service Level Agreements and defined GIT support schema
Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
Lead, collaborate and implement Projects related to the Area according to the GIT Project Grid across the Division
Participate in Project Planning and implementation of multiple and complex GIT projects simultaneously
Drive analysis, research, and resolution of requests submitted by the business using existing technologies and ensuring solutions aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies.
Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business.
Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available
Promote alignment between business operational goals and Information Technology strategies
Partner with other internal Information Technology organizations and other crossfunctional business units as necessary
Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers, and external resources
Able to influence and negotiate critical decisions with key customers and partners

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Software programing skills, and knowledge on some open Source codes like; Java,.Net, Python, PHP, etc.

EXPERIENCE:

A proven track record of performance developing and/or supporting OpenSource codes.
Desired experience using SAP modules in a functional or technical environment.
A proven oral & written communication, with experience expressing complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish).
Proven ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals, and cultures.
A proven experience implementing or supporting technical solutions in a global perspective.
