THE JOB:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support day to day business requirements according to Global Service Level Agreements and defined GIT support schema
  • Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
  • Lead, collaborate and implement Projects related to the Area according to the GIT Project Grid across the Division
  • Participate in Project Planning and implementation of multiple and complex GIT projects simultaneously
  • Drive analysis, research, and resolution of requests submitted by the business using existing technologies and ensuring solutions aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies.
  • Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business.
  • Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available
  • Promote alignment between business operational goals and Information Technology strategies
  • Partner with other internal Information Technology organizations and other crossfunctional business units as necessary
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers, and external resources
  • Able to influence and negotiate critical decisions with key customers and partners

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Software programing skills, and knowledge on some open Source codes like; Java,.Net, Python, PHP, etc.

EXPERIENCE:

  • A proven track record of performance developing and/or supporting OpenSource codes.
  • Desired experience using SAP modules in a functional or technical environment.
  • A proven oral & written communication, with experience expressing complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish).
  • Proven ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals, and cultures.
  • A proven experience implementing or supporting technical solutions in a global perspective.
