Job Description:
Management of the HR VP office to ensure proper assignment of resources, planning, follow of deliverables to meet deadlines for strategic projects and tasks required.
- Gathering of data and analysis for presentations (internal and external)
- Planning of meetings (Direct reports, HR community, Leaders)
- Budget control of assigned economic resources
- Agenda Planning and Management of HR VP (trips, meetings, attend visits)
- Events Management (Logistics Planning, Budget Control, Liaison with purchasing)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Advanced English language skills
- Microsoft Office and digital tools
