Job Description:


Management of the HR VP office to ensure proper assignment of resources, planning, follow of deliverables to meet deadlines for strategic projects and tasks required.


  • Gathering of data and analysis for presentations (internal and external)
  • Planning of meetings (Direct reports, HR community, Leaders)
  • Budget control of assigned economic resources
  • Agenda Planning and Management of HR VP (trips, meetings, attend visits)
  • Events Management (Logistics Planning, Budget Control, Liaison with purchasing)

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor Degree, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Microsoft Office and digital tools
