Job Description:

AECOM is seeking a Quality Manager to join our growing Mexico Office, supporting large multi-year projects as part of the program and design and consulting services.

The job responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Oversees the management of the monitoring and evaluation process to ensure that AECOM quality management systems are being followed and evidence is recorded and maintained.
Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
Manages the coordination of activities of a group or department with responsibility for results.
In some instances, may be responsible for functional area and may not have direct reports

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS + 8 years (preferred 10 years) of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction
Understanding of Quality and Assurance within the Energy Field
Relevant Field Experience preferred
Success in working with remote teams
