Descripción y Requisitos

_Job DeEscrituraion_

Drives continuous improvement to business processes and business results based on the enterprise capability of the ERP solution.
This position supports the ongoing maintenance of the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system primarily Infor BPCS/LX 8.1/LX
Oversees the implementation of upgrades and new modules.

_ Education_

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.

_ Experience_

Business processes mapping methodology and project lead in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing.
Three years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing seniorlevel management and key stakeholders.
Maintenance and support experience, and detailed/comprehensive understanding of an ERP solution.

_ Knowledge/Skills_

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problemsolving, negotiation and decisionmaking skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners.
Experience leading crossfunctional teams and projects to drive business improvements.
Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation.
Demonstrated domain knowledge of enterprisewide ERPrelated functional business, technical processes, and configurations (enterprise functions include Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain), preferrable Infor LX.
Ability to generate business unit and enterprisewide reports (Microsoft Power BI is a plus)
Experience in developing solutions as a software developer.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things.
Selfmotivated, and a problem solver.
