Supervision of personnel in different warehouse activities, through visits to the work area and monitoring the software provided by the company.

Collaborate on revisions to program materials supply, by exporting requisitions in the system.
Support for expediting critical materials, using software provided by the company, in order to receive materials on time.
Preparation of the following reports, in order to facilitate decisionmaking,
Summary of the materials report.
Summary of committed materials detailed report.
Requisitions records compiled for the project report.
Requisitions purchase orders prepared for the project report.
Expedite prioritized materials report.
Requisitions pending to purchase report.
OSD materials report.
Material balance report for the project.
KPI's report.
Review the process control of materials for each project, for proposals and projects. Integrate lessons learned. Warehouse activities.
Develop strategies and methods to optimize the quantities required for engineering and manufacturing (MTO's)
Review all the interface related to the System Management Materials.
Provide information required between the materials against the purchased material.
Coordinate all materials received and processed purchase orders
Coordinate all the material delivered to the warehouse areas or predetermined locations.
Perform and maintain an inventory in the company of materials owned by the customer.
Record discrepancies materials shipments,
Review and report generation system. Update the database.
Provide support to buyers, expeditors and warehouse to better understand the material specifications and availability of the same.
Provide information to Control Project materials for projects or proposals (cost history, inventory).
