Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based.

We work closely with our market operations and customers to understand their true needs.

To secure that we, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers.

Processing Liquid Food Solutions has approx.

350 employees in five main sites:
Sweden, China, Mexico, USA, India, Singapore.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Commissioning / Automation Engineer that will have a key role in providing technical service to our Market Companies and end customers.

In this role, the work is project based and will give you the opportunity to work with the latest technologies.

Your main task will be to test, start-up and fine-tune our solutions, both our branded processing units and complete process lines, at our production site and at end-customer's factories all over the world.

We can offer you a very interesting position and an opportunity to grow and become professional in one of our core technologies for food processing.

The position is based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.
You will be travelling 50% of your time to our customer sites, regionally and globally.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Commissioning / Automation Engineer you will:
Commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of branded processing units and process lines at our customer's sites.
Delivery tests performed in our engineering workshop in Cuautitlan, Mexico.
Technical training and support to Tetra Pak ́s Market Companies.

Occasionally work with orders, internal sales support, customer claims, product nursing and product development, support, and audits at customer sites.

As a Commission Engineer, you will also share your knowledge with colleagues both within the team and from Market Company in both technical matters and behavior.

We believe you have

BD in Automation & Control, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or similar Engineer.
Fluent in english and spanish, written and spoken.

5 years of experience in automation areas inside manufacturing industry, preferably in food and beverage.

Skills:
Self - motivation, flexible, results-oriented, customer focus, strong communication ability.
Knowledge in mechanical engineering, systematic approach and good documentation skills. General food processing knowledge will be a plus.
