As a Digital Product Owner (e-commerce), you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a digital asset for onboarding and the first order for B2B clients across multiple countries.

This asset needs to be deployed initially, and then it connects with internal platforms for subsequent orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.


The Product Owner will create the user's stories, manage and prioritize the backlog for the asset, and participate in all squad's Agile rituals and testing cycles.

He will align to the B2B digital product roadmap and features defined by the B2B product manager in alignment with market needs.


This B2B Clients Digital Asset is a web portal targeted for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), as the first entry point for purchasing Pluxee benefit products.

Your next challenge

As a Digital Product Owner (e-commerce) you will:

  • Take charge of refining and delivering digital asset features according to the product definition. Your responsibilities will include identifying user cases, and crafting and defining user stories for implementation. This involves providing a functional description and determining data tracking elements, specifying what is in and out of scope, and distinguishing between core/global and custom/local aspects. Collaborate with product managers to establish a clear understanding of the expected outcomes and value for each evolution or change in the asset. Effectively communicate the scope and priorities to all stakeholders, facilitating consensus on backlog prioritization and the phasing of the delivery roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital factory team, which includes roles like Scrum Master, Developers, UX/UI designers, Architects, Security experts, and QA professionals. Take ownership of the roadmap and prioritize tasks for iterations and sprints using the SAFe Agile framework. Actively engage in all sprint ceremonies, overseeing the priority backlog that spans features, technology, and process enhancements. Work closely with the Release Train Engineer to ensure alignment with product and business priorities.
  • Guide the demand refinement process for the asset by thoroughly refining requirements and identifying optimal solutions that align with the global asset capabilities. The goal is to promote mutualization and reuse of resources whenever possible.
  • Act as the representative for client needs throughout the solution delivery process. Ensure smooth and efficient execution of feature development, user acceptance testing, and support activities. Take charge of defining and prioritizing user stories, maintaining a datadriven backlog, and crafting consumer user stories along with their acceptance criteria. Proactively address impediments that could hinder the team's successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Create communication materials for the asset.
  • Identify and continuously improve the evolution of the ecommerce platform.
  • Coordinate the participation of users and business stakeholders in the testing process.
  • Make sure to establish and implement an appropriate tagging plan for Google Analytics and HubSpot retargeting funnels, enabling effective tracking of portal performance in different countries.
You're a match


If you have:
- + 3 years of experience in B2B digital product management with multi-country backlogs and data-driven prioritization methodology.

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer science related field.
  • Experience in developing and managing an ecommerce.
  • Ability to develop a communication plan to be delivered in the ecommerce and digital media.
  • Previous experience working in Agile squads as a Product Owner and with wider functional teams. Familiarity with SAFe Agile framework is ideal.
  • Strong track record as a product owner in the full cycle of demands refinement, effort sizing, contribution to solution design, sprint rituals, demos, and user testing.
  • Usability and you are customerfocused, passionate about building highly effective digital solutions and solving client and business problems.
  • Strong analytical skills, prioritization, problems solving.
  • Ability to describe functional requirements in an effective way for tech and business teams involved.
  • Excellent communication skills: Proficient in articulating processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to diverse teams, both locally in Latin America and with internationally based teams spanning various cultures and departments.
