  • Main responsibilities:
  • Drive the enablement of buying channels: Set-up and enable procurement content, such as e-catalogues, smart forms and connections to content marketplaces and external tools.
  • Perform analysis of content coverage and quality.
  • Maintain and perform Procurement content updates.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure accurate and uptodate content, e.g. by identifying expiring catalogues.
  • Provide support in Procurement content activities.
  • Act as a key contact within Procurement for all questions and queries around Procurement content

Minimum requirements

  • 25 years of experience of working in a global environment in a similar position.
  • Experience with procurement operations and sourcing.
  • Experience in content enablement (catalogs, forms).
  • Experience in reporting & analytical tools (SAP BW, MS Access and MS Excel)
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience in managing project
  • Stakeholder management
  • Analytical thinking.
