We will count on you to:

Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and client teams to provide best in class service and drive growth.
Lead negotiator and problem solver in obtaining the most appropriate carrier placements based upon cedant needs.
Utilizes risk expertise and knowledge of industry and markets to develop placement solutions that meet cedant needs.
Submits coverage specifications and obtains quotes from reinsurers, binds coverage and is responsible for the accuracy of programs they have bound.
Lead negotiator and problem solver in obtaining the most appropriate carrier placements based upon cedant needs.
Submits coverage specifications and obtains quotes from reinsurers, binds coverage and is responsible for the accuracy of programs they have bound.
Build and maintain ongoing, sustainable and dynamic relationships with key reinsurance markets and cedents acting as a focal point for queries and escalated matters from Client Service Advocates, Reinsurer Accountants and reinsurers among others to facilitate prompt resolution of issues and queries which may impact CMF's ability to meet client settlement terms, Service Level Agreements, contractual terms of regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and brief senior management and Client Service Advocates on issues impacting service.
As applicable, identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementation.

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Law, Accounting, Administration or related.
58 years work experience in insurance industry most preferably on facultative reinsurance placement.
Good technical knowledge on
Property, Engineering and Casualty insurance is a must. Understanding on Energy & Power, Terrorism or Construction insurance is plus point.
Good understanding in structuring proportional and non proportional placement.
Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and results focused.
Superior and clear communication, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, to enable direct negotiation of challenging and difficult issues at all organizational levels.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong impact and influencing skills, including the ability to remotely influence others to meet agreed targets.
Clear understanding of escalation procedures and effective business communication routes
Ability to plan and manage personal workload efficiently and effectively, correctly evaluating importance and prioritizing accordingly.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement of practices and procedures.
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Fluent oral and written English.
