The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities.

Working closely with designers, developers, and campaign managers, this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

Developing campaign canvases that take the multiple moving parts of a digital campaign and represents it in a graphical format to create rich, multistep campaigns to help meet marketing goals.
Understand and evaluate campaign metrics. Work with management to define KPIs, reporting, analyze campaign performance.

What We Are Looking For:

2+ years of marketing automation experience with any platform (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar tools).
Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
Advanced English skills.
Must be highly organized and selfmotivated with a sense of urgency.
Strong independent project management skills.
Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under mínimal supervision.
Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
Excellent attention to detail.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:(preferred)

Experience with the Eloqua marketing automation platform
Copywriting
Digital and/or graphic design experience
Experience working in a marketing agency
