We are seeking to recruit an experienced leader having previously worked for loan-lenders, credit providers or debt collection agencies in Mexico. You will be working alongside our growing team of agents to ensure that customer debt is accurately captured, managed and recovered according to industry best practice.
Key Deliverables
- Working closely with HQ in establishing annual targets and ensuring the delivery of KPIs.
- Create a proactive system to manage customer repayment plans, constantly seeking to improve on the services offered.
- Team management of telephone/online based debt collection agents, ensuring the smooth running of daytoday operations.
- Provide guidance to the team on established industry best practice always ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements for debt recovery are followed.
- Recruiting and training new agents.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a manager/leader for a Shortterm loan or debt collection agency in Mexico.
- A proven track record in successfully developing a team of debt collection agents.
- Startup or scaleup experience.
Fluent and clear spoken English.

Salary:
$40, $55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
