We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Service Account Representative, based in
Juarez City, Chihuahua._ _(E-Systems Division).


As Service Account Representative will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Sales Manager.


Your tasks will be:


  • Main point of contact for OEM Engineering for Service Parts.
  • Develop, present and negotiate engineering options for Service Parts to customers.
  • Close open engineer/design issues related to engineer updates or new processes.
  • Manage timing on engineering processes, past dues, disputes and open collections in a Weekly basis.
  • Make Sales Engineer presentations for new service business quotations when be necessary.
  • Work with internal processes to complete job functions.
  • Undestand and ensure to follow the process according to OEMs specifications and applicable specific industry standars.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial engineering, business management or any related field
  • 1 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry in the areas of costumer service.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Selfstarter: able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • English Advanced Level. 80% (Essential)
