Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

To plan, coordinate and lead industrial automation projects from the design phase to commissioning and postimplementation monitoring.
Coordinate and lead the work team, ensuring compliance with the established objectives, deadlines and budget.
Identify and manage project risks, proposing appropriate solutions to the needs of the client and/or company.
To manage project documentation, ensuring quality and compliance with established requirements.
Manage the design, development, testing, installation, and commissioning of industrial automation systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members as needed.
To maintain fluid communication with the client and/or companies involved, reporting progress, drawbacks, solutions and recommendations.
Propose improvements in processes and automation solutions, ensuring customer and/or company satisfaction.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, customer requirements, and project objectives.
Manage project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, user manuals, and other projectrelated documents.

Requirements:

Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or related.
Advanced English Level
Experience: at least 5 years of experience in managing industrial automation projects, preferably in manufacturing or related companies.
Technical knowledge: solid knowledge in automation, control and supervision systems, industrial communication systems, PLC, HMI, SCADA, among others.
Competencies: skills in project management, leadership, effective communication, negotiation, teamwork, problem solving and decision making, focusing on customers.
