Main Responsibilites:

Efficiently retrieves internal and external data and ensures that source data is accurate, meaningful and valid for use in analytics and reporting.
Will work with multiple sources of structured or unstructured data without a consistent identifier.
Assists with the development of requirements for new data provisioning solutions. Develops dashboards with moderate to high complexity.
Supports efforts to close data quality gaps by working with business and IT contacts to identify process or data management changes, integration opportunities with other data groups, and/or data training needs within the business.
Works independently and is seen as an expert who can answer complex data questions for certain data elements.

What Skills You Need:

Organizes and cleans the data to remove quality issues, combines data sources, and provides relevant information which may include developing samples used to create analytics models or reports
Advocates for and considers user experience (UX) principles in designing and developing visualization solutions
Locates and acquires data from existing data locations, external sources, and new data sources as needed to support analytics and reporting
Works on new data provisioning solutions, explores new ways of organizing data, and focuses on developing sustainable data usage for designated stakeholders including access, costs, and organization processes
Creates ad hoc reports and visualizations that support datadriven decisions.
Works with IT to ensure the data architecture meets the needs of the analytics teams and aligns with overall IT data management strategies
Effective collaboration mindset
Strong communication skills, including active listening; ability to hear customer needs and translate those into technical solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements
Advanced skills in SQL, Python, PowerBI or Tableau

What Makes You Stand Out:

Experience with supply chain or logistics operations data
Relevant technical skills which may include AWS tech stack, PySpark, Palantir, Databricks, SAP

Education:

Degree or relevant work experience in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/operations
