Descripción

Support in the design, development, and implementation of leadership development programs, with the goal of developing the future leaders of the organization.

Support in the design and implementation of Workforce Experience global survey, and other Workforce Experience initiatives.

Support the area of Planning & Development in events, perform internal analysis, develop reports and track relevant indicators.


Main Responsibilities:


LDP Alumni & LDP Programs

  • Manage and maintain LDP Alumni & participants database
  • Participate in design, development & implementation of programs for our leaders
  • Participate in design and implementation of events for our alumni
  • Manage logistics of these programs & events
  • Provide support and ensure engagement of participants in these programs & events
  • Engage with leaders to ensure their successful participation in events
  • Use CEMEX University platforms to develop content for our leaders
  • Establish effective working relationships with our thought partners to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate and manage external thought partners & consulting firms.
  • Monitor our leadership development offer, manage databases to enhance the relevance and quality of data used
  • Analyze & prepare reports

Workforce Experience

  • Support the design and deployment of our global WE'x Survey
  • Participate in global projects and initiatives to enhance our workforce experience (e.g. Digital Citizenship)

Qualifications:


  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office 36
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Desired previous experience in: Learning & Development or Instructional Design.
