About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Jumpcloud, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our business processes and objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT, to ensure that Salesforce is effectively leveraged to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce functionality and integration.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within Salesforce and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Work with technical teams to design and document solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining best practices and scalability.
Lead technical teams to design and document solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining best practices and scalability.
Configure and customize Salesforce features, including data models, Flows, custom fields, and validation rules, to align with business needs.
Participate in solution design, provide feedback, highlight technical dependencies, and perform impact analysis.
Analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and assist with data clean up.
Perform thorough testing of new Salesforce features and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and are errorfree.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and customizations.
Communicate between development teams and the internal/external customer or end user.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of handson experience as an Administrator with Salesforce is required.
Experience with MuleSoft, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite is a plus
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Administrator in a SaaS or technology company.
Salesforce Administrator or greater certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities throughout the various clouds
Proficiency in data modeling, process automation, and workflow design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is a plus.

This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.
