Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Business Analyst to join our team
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our insurance operations by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the successful implementation of projects
Your expertise will directly impact our ability to provide effective insurance solutions to our clients while adhering to industry regulations and best practices

Key Responsibilities

Using story boarding, task analysis, user research tasks and whatever appropriate to capture and develop user requirements
Support and engage with crossfunctional/business and multichannel teams with minimum to no direct line responsibility for those individuals
Liaising with relevant business teams, technology teams, digital teams, legal, risk and compliance teams, to document requirements, provide design options and recommendations
Identifying opportunities driving requirement gathering/delivery for straightthrough approval processing through data automation and workflow automation
Identify and document scenarios and user acceptance criteria and assist the test manager for the User Acceptance Test completion
Assist the business parties with the change management activities to ensure successful project implementation

Skills Requirements

Must have handson experience working as BA in either Data migration projects (for Life Insurance) and/or experience in new implementing/handling CRs in eBAO PAS or any Life Insurance PAS and/or experience working on interface requirements in any Life Insurance PAS implementation.
Agile methodology and ways of working experience. Handson exp. to use Agile tools, ceremonies methods.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives
Ability to think innovatively to find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problemsolving
Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data.
Experience in developing business cases, business requirements, and impact assessments
Awareness of the testing process and experience in performing testing
Experience in process improvement and LEAN thinking methodologies
Bachelor s degree in a related field or commensurate practical experience

Up to $90,000.00 per month
