We are searching for the best talent for Medical Manager for Bispecifics in Multiple Myeloma**
to be in Mexico

Purpose:

The Medical Manager for Bispecifics will be responsible for developing and leading Janssen's local strategy in collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders of the local Hematology organization to ensure a successful launch and positioning of Bispecifics.


You will be responsible for:


  • Lead all Medical Affairs activities within the therapeutic area, focusing on product life cycle and launch preparation.
  • Align on strategy and priorities with regional Medical Affairs team and Core Value Team to develop local Therapeutic Area Medical Strategy for Bispecifics in Multiple Myeloma.
  • Oversee execution of Medical Strategy (Med Ed, MSLs)
  • Coordinate customer interactions and educational events with Core Value Team Leadership, Product and Access managers
  • Maintain expert Therapeutic Area and product knowledge.
  • Medical Education and other events: choose and approve speakers & vendors, speaker training.
  • Lead advisory boards.
  • Relationship with key medical societies and healthcare providers
  • Contribute to Regional Clinical trials: Planning, execution, and publication.
  • IIS, EAPs, Collaborative studies: identification, submission and follow up.
  • Review risk management and prescribing information sheets.

Collaborations and interactions:


  • With Core Value Team align on the Therapeutic Area strategy and execution
  • Close alignment with the MSL team to share strategy and understand insights from the field.
  • Provide local medical strategy and insights; understanding regional priorities.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Strong scientific background: Medical Doctor, pharmaceutical or sciencebased university degree (masters or PhD level)
  • TA/ Product experience.
  • Experience in developing medical strategy.
  • Local market knowledge
  • Project management skills track record in managing multiple projects.
  • Leadership and influencing skills.
  • Fluent English
  • Availability to travel.

Safe Fleet requirements:

Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
