Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXWe have an opportunity for a Senior AP Analyst to join our diverse team.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Creation of accounting views and modification of vendors

Review and ensure the correct supplier bank accounts and review of payment proposal of supplier invoices
Reconciliation of supplier account statements and support to supplier to any question / requirement
Support to internal users on questions and / or troubleshooting with invoices.
Follow up and ensure obtain all Epayments of the supplier according to the invoices paid
Monthend activities (revaluation review, supplier reconciliation, HFM review)

Background & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
4 + years of experience in general accounting and accounting interpretation and analysis.
Knowledge in accruals, amortizations, assets, liabilities, accounting records, interpretation of financial statements.
Experience in payment processes.
Advanced English
Advanced Excel
