What will you do in your job:

Manage Recruitment Projects in North America region including Mexico, United States and Canada.
Acquire a thorough technical understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
Identify and implement relevant sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members across our Regions.
Among other responsibilities and challenges.

What you will bring to the team:

Proven Technical/Engineerning as well as Niche roles recruitment experience in Rail industry.
Comfortable dealing with data, numbers and able to build/present stories around those numbers.
Experience working in large matrix organizations desired.
Fully Bilingual Spanish and English, additional languages like French or Portuguese are a plus
Ability to build a rapport with virtual teams in an international organization
Excellent coordination and collaboration skills
At ease in working with complex recruitment projects
Highly analytical, action and detail oriented
Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, industry bestpractices etc.
Excellent time management & organizational ability
Aptitude in communicating with stakeholders across different regions.
Global & Cultural Awareness
Strong ability to listen.
