To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _
Director Data Analyst_

- located in _

Guadalajara, North Campus_

Reporting to the VP Transformation and Analytics, this role involves_

- providing analytical and operational expertise to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the function. Responsible to maintain, consolidate and verify Master Data, prepare summary reports, spreadsheets and charts based on the analysis of data from multiple sources to support the relevant function or department._

What a typical day looks like:

_ Responsible for the administration of computerized database._

- _ Administer and guarantee DB integrity and availability by following best practices._
- _ Backup, recovery, monitor and improve DB performance._
- _ Analyze and solve DB problems in a timely and accurate fashion, regional or global scope._
- _ Install & configure as per guidelines recommended._
- _ Knowledge of troubleshooting scripts and knowledge of server topologies / Pyton_
- _ Review the job executions, change schedule of a job & configure jobs as per guidelines._
- _ Analyze statistical data from DBs environments and provide periodical reports._
- _ Review available free space and capacity planning._
- _ Decision making to perform shirking & truncating files when necessary._
- _ Validate performance of new objects and release to production environment._
- _ Implement Data Analytics best practices_

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

_ Experience as Data Analytics_

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Pyton_
- _ English, problem solving and analytical skills._
- _ Previous experience solving Reports_
- _ Preferred Experience in Analytics tool like Tableau_
- _ Preferred Experience in web programming (VB,.Net and C#)_
- _ Preferred Experience MS Excel and other MS Office tools_
