Reliability Engineer
Major Tasks

Train and coach to maintenance and engineering teams about Progressive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance and Problem Solving.
Define Plan Maintenance Optimization and/or FMEA procedures.
Assess the Maintenance and Calibration Plans effectiveness bye mean of maintenance Plans adherence, Maintenance Costs, MTTR and MTBF indicators.
Top Failures and Breakdown elimination monitoring, Data analytics tools implementation.
Establish the Equipment Replacement Score for site assets and update database, align assets upgrade and replacement prioritization according LIFT logic.
Define, monitor and optimize workflows for SAP FAM (CMMS), assuring data integrity fulfilment.
Support technical standards implementation for asset Maintenance and operation (e.g., centerlines).
Monitor and Track supporting process related to A3, Deviations, change requests, CAPAs and Improvement Plans
Support for GMP and HSE audits Main Deliverables:
Maintenance Plans Adherence and Costs, MTTR and MTBF processes
SAP FAM Key Users and workflows
Dashboards and Data Analytics for Top Failures, Downtimes and Loses
CAPAs (GMP & HSE) tracking and early notifications
Problem Solving A3 tracking and coaching
RCM and Progressive Maintenance standards
Technical Systems identification procedure AKZ and its surveillance

Position:
Skills,...

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or Electromechanics.

- +2 years working in RCM, TMP and Plant Maintenance topics: Spanish (fluent), English (Advanced / C1)

Technical Knowledge

a) Digital tools for data analytics (Tableau, MS Power BI, etc.) and MS Excel (advanced)

b) Reliability Centered Maintenance c) Total Productive Maintenance d) Operational Excellence tools for Plant Maintenance

e) SAP FAM

f) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
