Job Overview:

Ensure the latest revision of drawings used in AFC Approved for Construction. Dimensional Inspection in the stages of Fabrication, Armed and Structural Assembly, Piping Process and mechanical equipments. Obtain the Dimensional Control Key Performance Indicators KPl's.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Gathers necessary surveying equipment to accomplish survey objective.
Operate all dimensional control equipment.
Assist to the Sr. Dimension Control Tech to calculate Inspection Tridimensional data using the Axyz software.
Assist to the Foreman fabrication, supervisor or the first line inspection with any detail about some nspection. Once verified and validated the inspection generate the Dimensional Inspection Report and documents listed below
Pre Weld and Post Weld Survey Reports.
Assembly of mechanical or electromechanical equipment reports.
Fabrication, armed and assembly reports of jacket and deck.
Generate AutoCAD format Reports.
Ensure the safe use and calibration of all dimensional control equipment.
Assist in determining the layout and marking of survey work point locations.
Logistic to Give Quality topics to production personnel as well as the dissemination of dimensional inspection test plan and DC procedure.
Conducts daily maintenance on Dimensional Control Equipments.
Adopt the Quality, safety, productivity and Company Ethics programs.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

Know and understand the scope of contract, specifications, requirements and Project control procedure for specific dimensional Project (if applicable).
