Internal Control Shared Services


Primary Location:
Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey


Function:
Accounting / Finance


Main Responsibilities:


  • Assess the operating effectiveness of the internal control environment through process documentation and riskbased testing.
  • Assist unit stakeholders in performing required ICQ certifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between the unit personnel and auditors (Internal & External).
  • Partner with Internal Control Analysts to facilitate peertopeer knowledge sharing.
  • Streamline department activities to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What Skills You Need:


  • 3 or more years of experience in an Accounting/Finance role.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple functions in an effective team environment including ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability as a "selfstarter" to initiate independent work while managing multiple assignments.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • If working remotely, the willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the U.S.

What Makes You Stand Out:


  • Internal Audit experience.
  • Understanding of integrated systems and their relationship to financial reporting and controls.
  • Experience with Data Analytic tools (Tableau, Business Objects).
  • SAP knowledge.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in an Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
