ZF is looking to reinforce our team in Purchasing & Supplier Development. Come join us as a Purchasing & Supplier Development Coordinator that supports multiple plants in both Mexico and the USA_

Job responsabiliites:

Advancedlevel purchasing administrator that provides semiprofessional support to purchasing and NPI activities including preparing/maintenance of purchase orders in support of sample or development parts, spot buys, tooling. Provide assistance with analyzing quotations, expediting/tracking NPI related deliveries, resolving supplier payment topics.
Person prepares/maintains orders for multiple NA Plants (IRS/SBS/SWS/INF) within the Division.
Supports local Mesa, AZ plant and departments with a variety of tasks that may include but not limited to: creation/maintenance of intercompany purchase agreements, supplier quota/volume allocations, supplier health & capacity checks, SAP system material master & purchasing view setups, supplier tool tag distribution and tracking, and generating/distributing various departmental reports.
Assist with electronic filing according to record retention policies. Filing of certain reports according to ATF requirements.
Other general administrative work.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Associates Degree required.
05+ years of related experience required; purchasing background preferred.
Experience working in a team and global environment.
Fluent in English with strong organizational, motivational and communication skills.
