    Objetivo del puesto
    :

    Brindar soporte al equipo de trabajo de Complaint Handling and Quality Control de centros de distribución
    Funciones Principales
    :


    • Responsable de análisis de laboratorio
    • Responsable de Ingreso de órdenes de venta y lotes al sistema de reclamaciones
    • Responsable del registro de reclamos de cliente en el portal de reclamaciones
    • Responsable de solicitudes de recolección y envío de muestras nacionales e intercompany.
    • Responsable del registro de datos de liberación del Certificados de calidad (CoA) de producto importado en MFG pro
    • Soporte en Certificados de Calidad Nacionales
    • Responsable del muestreo y análisis de producto "Analilab"
    • Soporte en cambio de status de calidad (ventaxkg y destrucf)
    • Soporte en consultas de análisis intercompany.Requisitos
      Formación Requerida.
    • Pasante o último grado de ingeniería química, industrial o afines
      Conocimientos y /o Habilidades
    • Conocimientos básicos de análisis de laboratorio
    • Conocimientos básicos de inglés
    • Actitud de servicio
    • Responsabilidad
    • Proactividad
