Ford Champs Program provides students with hands-on, career-specific experience inside Ford of Mexico.

Ford Champs looks forward to providing you with key knowledge and significant experiences for your professional career. This is a great platform to connect with leadership, collaborate with professionals in many areas of the business and learn more about our Ford full time opportunities. Throughout this program, there are many opportunities to gain insight and exposure to our business that will last a lifetime.

Ford Champs will allow to get to now different business areas through
12 to 24 months , while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

What you ́ll need:

Interest in developing in Human Resources (Learning & Development, Talent Development)
Analytical/numerical profile
Communication and presentation skills

English

Advanced level
Office (Word, Powerpoint, Adobe)

Excel

Advanced
Canva, Publisher, design softwares are highly desirable
Be a Student of the last 4 semesters of any degree (HR, Psychology, Administration) or engineering that covers the requirements mentioned above
