For expansion Güdel Mexico is looking for a HR Assitant.


Main Description:

This is an entry level HR position requiring a passion for people and "Doing the Right Thing" every time.

This role is responsible for promptly and efficiently providing a wide range of HR support and consult in such a manner that builds trust and inclusion.

This role acts as the first line of HR support to associates, including guiding and supporting on various HR related areas.


Main Tasks:


  • Acts with the highest of ethical standards; building & supporting a highly inclusive, high trust environment.
  • Provides full employee lifecycle support including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Assist and enhance the development of orientation and training for new employees.
  • Assists in the compilation and maintenance of files, records and reports related to the Human Resources function with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Daily managing of the personnel systems and databases (HRIS).
  • Assist in the compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., NOM035, NOM 030, LFT, IMSS, etc).
  • Ensure compliance with all Gudel Human Resource processes & programs.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organizationwide meetings, service awards, Friday ́s events, holiday parties, among others.
  • Builds positive relationships across the team, including internal and external related parties.

Education, Knowledge, Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Admin., IMA, HR or related field.
  • Intermediate level (B2) in English, written and spoken.
  • 2 years in similar position (preferred).

Special skills

  • Ability to provide a high level of professional attention on a consistent basis
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Proven high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive, high energy, selfmotivated, strong relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, experience with HRIS is a plus.
