We have some open positions for CS/Appointment setting agents for dental offices.

You can expect to be scheduled 35-40 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday, between 3:00 PM and 2:00 AM EST.

This doesn't mean that you will work twelve-hour shifts and it doesn't mean that you will work seven-day work weeks.

It does mean that when we create your schedule we will do so within those hours/days.

This position offers overtime and agents take anywhere between per week.

Requirements:

Have your own headset
Reliable equipment
Internet speed 10MBPS upload, 25MBPS download, and a ping less than 15m

TRAINING
The training is paid it c an take up to a month or so, depending on how fast you learn

OVERTIME
Overtime is available once you pass training
