WHAT IS YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for someone with a flexible schedule who is eager to be challenged and looking to grow professionally. You're a great fit if you're passionate about helping people, action-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is considered entry-level, fully remote, and part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company continues to grow.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Manage daytoday conversations with clients directly on all postpurchase processes, including scheduling trips, feedback requests, and moveout coordination.
- Work with accounting to ensure payments are up to date in a timely manner.
- Work with sales operations to ensure contracts are correct and addendums are sent in a timely manner
- Be the voice of the client
- Become an expert in our service selection to help customers pick the service best suited for their needs and schedule.
- Communicate commonly asked questions, concerns, and customer feedback, which are used by the Customer Success team to drive product improvements
- Keep CRM and internal database up to date with detailed notes
- Understand the capacity of our fleet by market, and schedule accordingly
- Coordinate projects and maintain client expectations by working closely with our Sales, Design, Design ops, logistics, and Inside Sales teams.
Requirements:

YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in any field you are passionate about
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Critical thinker with strong problemsolving and research proficiencies.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM).
- Solid organizational skills and detailoriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into a userfriendly format.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
