RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze blueprints, equipment manuals, and data specifications to timely and successfully complete tasks assigned to the CNC machine for different products.

Identify the need for cutting tools according to the characteristics of the process required.

Maintain control of machine programs related to the revision of product specifications.

Verification of the functionality of tools and fixtures.

Works with the Production manager to minimize the impact of the production schedule.

Interprets drawings, blueprints, sketches, and detailed written instructions for the fabrication of components.

Interfaces with QA, Engineering, and process control to ensure a high standard of quality is being maintained.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree.

English 70% written and spoken.

Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in machining (CNC) programming technologies.

Experience writing programs for machining.

Experience using measurement equipment (Micrometer, Vernier, Height Gage, Pin Gages, Etc.)

Convert, program, and implement post-process steps for CNC machining equipment.

Excell knowledge.
