To be able to provide world-class support to all of our customers, we're looking for motivated Customer Support Specialists in Mexico.


Employment Position Responsibilities:

  • Internal bug reporting with developers to troubleshoot problems with our integrations.
  • Follow up with the manufacturing department regarding potential problems with our products.
  • Guide our customers to make use of all options available to them as Printful users.
  • Assist in general with problems related to our services and follow up with the corresponding departments, among others.

Printful customers need help with a variety of challenges including setting up their store, using our tools, managing their orders, and promoting their businesses. Our Customer Support Specialists help them with all of this and more.

A Printful Customer Support Specialist must:

  • Have previous experience in online Customer Support
  • Have excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Be helpful, responsible, and precise
  • Have a positive working attitude
  • Be cool and collected under pressure while corresponding with customers
  • Be able to focus on multiple tasks and divide their attention accordingly
  • A high school diploma or GED will be considered an advantage.

Pay:
$17,200.00 per month
