The Role:

This role is a temporary role. Expected period 12-18 months.

Role based in Mexico City. Flexible working arrangements are supported where feasible. (Modo Híbrido)

WHERE YOU FIT IN -Shell is looking for a professional with basic experience in payroll processes. Our organization is going through a simplification project to reduce transactions, we aim to minimize the activities performed by the payroll analyst in country and sistematice or send offshore teams most of the transactional activities to focuss just in payroll activities.

Responsibilities

Support the Payroll Analyst on Payroll Processes
Ensuring that all payroll processes comply with the internal audits and the government audits.
Interact with different stakeholders to submit financial payroll records on time and with quality
Handling and understanding the legal, contractual, and statutory obligations avoiding grievances and penalties with government entities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, Fonacot, CONSAR)
Support payroll audits aligned with the requirements by local law (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT)

Skills and Requirements

Accounting bachelor
Confident and trusted individual with typically a minimum 3 years of experience in payroll process
Strong personal and business integrity;
Capacity to multitask and manage complexity;
Ability to manage and deliver against short deadlines;
Knowledge of local statutory obligations and labor laws
Demonstrated analytical thinking
Intermediate level of English language.
