As CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you will ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements by meeting time and cost indicators.

You will report to a Customer Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

New Purchase Order lead and follow up through the supply chain.
Increase and efficiency inventory levels.
To collaborate on the consolidation and improve of freights.
Support the service structure on the logistics of samples, equipment, and panels, to customers or within PPG locations.
Manage Demand Tool and coordinate with Service structure the accurate use of the tool to secure materials availability.
Validate the customer requirement forms and make sure the sales and service structure fill the information accurately to the system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
MRP or ERP systems knowledge (SAP, ORACLE)

- + 2 supply chain experience.

Proficient English.
