The Contract & Claim Manager position is responsible for:

  • Provide timely and quality support to the business in commercial transactions, from the tendering process to project execution.
  • Interpreting contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure.
  • Be the liaison with the internal key players to provide support related to the management of the contracts.
  • Cooperating across departments and throughout a large group of affiliated companies to achieve optimal contract terms and conditions, fulfillment of legal and compliance policies, while minimizing risk.
  • Verifying and comply internal procedures according to our Business Guidelines.
  • Redlining agreements, negotiating terms.
  • Review NDA's and secure privacy data notice.
  • Serve as a key resource to the project management team during the project execution phase when it comes to contract terms, identifying and mitigating risks, and claims management.
  • Coordinating with the corresponding areas in order to summarize risks to achieve the commercial bids, contract review, approval and execution matters.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, change orders, amendments and other documents.
  • Assure the fulfillment of regulatory matters with the authorities, such as Economy Minister.
  • Support our Legal and Compliance Department on various matters and legal operations topics, including organizing and maintaining knowledge management resources and assisting with the development and execution of training programs concerning on key commercial topics, legal and compliance, corporate policies, contracting process, claim management and other matters, including developments relevant to various stakeholders' business areas.
  • Perform any other tasks deemed necessary to support the legal affairs of Innomotics.
  • Collaborate with Innomotics Legal Counsel and outside partners for proper legal and notary services.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law required.
  • Experience of at least 8 years in supporting legal and commercial matters/drafting/review/negotiation of contracts and/or claims/agreements.
  • Advanced English language written and spoken skills are a must.
  • Desirable team player as part of an inhouse legal team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, "selfstarter" mentality willing to accept new challenges and assignments based on needs of the business and exercise a high degree of autonomy.
  • Extremely organized and selfmotivated.
  • Focused into attention to detail and demonstrated desire and ability to quickly learn and understand multiple topics.
  • Relevant commercial contract management, labor law requirements, administrative law related to federal and local governmental acquisition and public works procedure, experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working within supply chain or manufacturing process preferred.
  • Solid proficiency of Microsoft Word, Teams, PDF Exchange and SAP required.
  • Proven ability to distinguish business decisions from legal decisions and clearly communicate to business leaders.
  • Proven ability to work on a cross functional team to execute on objectives through influence and personal skills and ability to work in a fast paced sales environment with multiple deliverables plus deadlines each day.
  • Proven ability to partner with field base employees to drive on time completion of deliverables.
  • High awareness of internal and external customer's satisfaction and strong ability to work with different cultures.
