Internship Program 2024 in Project Controller area.
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level.
Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.
In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.Start Date January 16, 2024
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do:
As Intern - Project Controller you will:
- In this area, we are responsible for detect, design and supply processing and packaging solutions to upgrade machines already installed at customer facilities.
- You will be involved in management and control of suppliers and financials of upgrades projects such as planning and purchasing of material and services, allocating these in correct multiples projects, to keep them updated.
- Interact with contractors and suppliers,
- Manage quotation requests; basics of project controlling (always supervised).
- Schedule materials to be ordered and/or received.
- Plan materials
- Update relevant records about project management.
We believe you have:
- Be active in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
- Bachelor's studies in: Business Administration, International Business, Logistics and Industrial Engineering
- Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
- Nice to have Excel knowledge (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros).
- Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
- Expected graduation date between December 2024 and December 2025.
