- Set and Monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to reach Quality and cost targetsDefine the quality cost of the project and Follow up on customer milestones
- Detect risks and Prevent problems throughout the project lifecycle
- React promptly to identified risks, and escalate roadblocks to management
- Ensure CPM is respected
- Respect build In Quality Standards, including SPPC tracking sheet usage and SPPC identification procedure adherenceChallenge other PTM on their activities
- Focus on Design & Change
- Ensure novelty in product and process is considered in DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV
- Verify LLCs usage in D/P FMEA to reduce RPN
- After design freeze, ensure 4M matrix respect for product or process changesParticipate in Design Reviews and revise control plans as necessary
- Support supplier management activities
- Support Internal and External Supplier parts activities on Valeo sites, as defined in the Quality RASIC
- Collect supplier issues and integrate Best Practices proposed by suppliers
- Ensure IS validated by the Customer on Time
- Define control plans for Prototype, pre-serial, and serial stages
- Ensure consistency between SPPC, FMEA, and control plan
- Participate in pre-FDPR and FDPRPrepare IS deliverables and Initial Sample file for validation
- Apply QRQC rules
- Participate in project QRQC and ensure team compliance
- Ensure all issues are managed in the QRQC systemEnsure adherence to QRQC rules and protocols
- Initiate a VIM incident in case of DV or PV test failures
