Customer Support Specialist **to support the following activities:
- Receive customer phone calls and answer questions related to the status of work orders, architectural requests, or Association responsibilities.
- Partner with the Community Manager on administrative tasks such as processing communitywide mailers.
- Manage followup and closing work order tickets.
- Weekly followup on work orders with service providers, note accounts on progress and close out if completed.
- Receive, process, and manage address change forms and requests.
- Prepare Architectural Review Applications (ARC) for evaluation by the association's Board of Directors and/or Committee(s).
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 - 17:00 CST MX
Daylight saving in the USA 07:00 - 16:00 CST MX.
This is a remote position.

Requirements:

MUST:
Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking):
- 3 years of experience with
customer service
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Analytical and decisionmaking skills.
