Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, consulting, or data analysis.
  • Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, or other programming or scripting languages (e.g., R, Python, C++, etc.).
  • Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in an industry or agency role.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Experience in clientfacing, with the ability to influence across levels and advising on performance improvements.
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and prioritize them into actionable insights.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Analytical Lead, you use data to help clients achieve their business goals. You advise clients on marketing measurement and media attribution, and help them adopt best practices. You identify trends and opportunities, and develop marketing strategies that drive growth for clients and Google.

You have a problem-solving background and experience in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. You are able to think critically, are comfortable with ambiguity, and have a strong business acumen. You are a tenacious problem solver and can build trust and motivate change.


In this role, you work directly with clients and own client relationships with key decision makers, including executive leaders in strategy and analytics teams.

You have experience navigating cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Collaborate across teams to innovate, activating full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
  • Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement.
