-Family Center services administration,

  • Coordinate and execute all activities or events related to employees
  • Coordinate all the driver certification
  • Promotion of Family Center services
  • Family Center inventory control (Tools and loans, sports equipment, gym, lockers, uniforms),


  • Costumer service,

  • Maintenance plans follow up for services (Gym, machines, laundry, lockers, etc.)
  • Administration of department databases such as lockers, loans, etc.,
  • Administration and monitoring of the department's KPIs,

Skills:


  • Strong communication and service attitude
  • Shift availability
  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite products
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Team spirit and great interpersonal skills
  • 80 % Bilingual (Spanish-English, desire)
  • Event coordination experience (desire)
  • Inventory experience (desire)
