Join the K Family as Scheduler Sr for our plan in Toluca.

You will ensure the planning and schedule weekly production according to the requirements of Kellogg Latin America and North America.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- **Plan daily schuedule**: Transform the master production plan to daily schedule, considering the capacities and requirements of the production lines and give a daily and weekly compliance of the production plan.

Manage Service Rate Indicator: Manage and control the Service Rate indicator and create and update planned and production orders with a visibility of 12 weeks
-
Availability of Materials: Track the availability of raw and pack materials with the material planner, to assure the sku production and track the shelf life of materials to reduce the impact of obsoletes.

Interaction with Supply Chain Planning Area: Travels every week to Queretaro to interact with the Supply Chain Planning area.

Contact with different areas: Being the contact with the different areas to assign times in the plan production (areas like quality, human resources, maintenance, innovation, etc. as well as the interaction with SCH Planners to understand the product availability requirements.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Management or related.
Manufacturing Experience as Production Supervisor and Line Manager.
Planning Processes Functional Skills
To create the weekly production plan for execute with the operational team.

Knowledge

SAP Experience, advanced excel.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities to interact with the different positions of the plant.
