- Coordinate and manage technical resources, processes and equipment for the execution of system design activities for electrical substations.
- Coordinate management activities of technical resources and processes.
- Provide technical support to the areas of Sales, Project Management, C&C and ENG team.
- Support the Bid Management, C&C and Customer Service areas with technical resources.
- Support the generation of commercial technical Quotations for Engineering services.
- Followup on the delivery of documentation obtained during Engineering activities (such as Electrical Engineering Schematics, bill of materials, control systems documentation).
- Monitoring of budget allocated for project guarantee activities.
- Report productive hours of the Engineering team.
- Report and monitoring of payment of guards.
- Monitoring of EHS compliance.
- Monitoring and purchase of PPE, uniforms and tools for the Engineering team.
