Experience at least 2 years as AQE / QE / APQP Engineer- Experience in Launch / New Product Development
- Experience with Toyota and/or Tesla
- Knowledge of Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA IATF & VDA, MSA, SPC)
- Experience in development of Control Plans
- Knowledge and practice of Problem Solving methodology (8D desirable)
- Fluent in business English, oral and written
- Travel availability (Visa and Passport)
- Facilitate and assure development of Control Plans. These shall be based on customer requirements, Characteristic Matrix and FMEAs.
- Ensure preparation and ontime delivery of new product Launch related Customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages.
- Support DV/PV builds and verify that parts meet dimensional and functional requirements.
- Ensure the appropriate inspection plans and containment plans are developed for Launch.
