• Recruitment and selection of indirect and direct personnel.
• Administer and assist with the creation and implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Track and lead actions to reduce turnover and absenteeism
• Oversee administration of transportation, cafeteria, nursing and training activities.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to positively contribute to company culture and employee relations. Assist managers with any personnel issues, including performance and disciplinary.
• Provide communication and support to employees regarding company benefit plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

• 8+ years of HR related experience in a plant environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills in. Proficient in English language both spoken and written. Excellent people skills and ability to work well with others. Knowledge of labor, employment laws and HR practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
