Sr. Analyst, Fixed Asset Accounting to join our
accounting team in our
Queretaro, MX office.

What you will do:

Collaborate with internal business partners on implementation projects for budget/actual/forecast reporting
Ensure all financial transactions relating to fixed assets are properly recorded, filed, and reported; related accounts are appropriately reconciled and controlled
Interact with key internal business stakeholders (Corporate and Technical Accounting, and Enterprise Reporting) to ensure alignment on key performance objectives and strategies
Ensure compliance with relevant corporate policies and procedures for supported operational functions
Lead the process of creating or updating all of our Fixed Asset Policies & Procedures for the group to be used both internally among our group and crossfunctionally
Provide process and systems training to team members and key stakeholders within the organization

What you will need:

5+ years related experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
Strong analytical and collaboration skills

Key Performance Indicators:

Ensure acceptable audit and ICFR testing results
Drive cost savings and value to the organization through successful project execution
Improve processes and automation
Promote a customerdriven service model
