Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:

**Duties
CAD Skills

  • Fundamental CAD skills in drafting, modeling, and Assembly/Layout creation
Drafting

  • Create high quality drawings based on engineering/customer requests
  • Creation of 2D layouts
  • Originate and assist with the completion of Engineering Change Requests Notifications (ECRN's)
Communication

  • Provide clear and effective communication of feedback
GD&T

Part Number creation

  • Create and maintain part numbers using the company's Oracle Database
Computer Skills


Professional Degree Requirements:

-
AA S degree in CAD or similar field preferred

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or similar with CAD related Experience

Experience Requirements:


  • None or 1 year of CAD related experience

Technical Knowledge Requirements:


  • ASME Standards (Y14.1, Y14.3, Y14.5 etc)
  • Manufacturing processes (Machining, castings, additive, etc)
