As an EXPANSION SPECIALIST, you will define and stabilize the expansion process to achieve openings, remodeling in the region and improve the strategy by leveling and standardizing processes to open new stores in Guadalajara

You will report to the Expansion Manager and will travel for the opening of this new store.


Key Responsibilities**- You will negotiate and visit stores in each city to expand our brand and will create expansion plans for our Retail Clients.

  • You will build the expansion strategies per city with the dealer and negotiate and close the opening locations.
  • You will partner with other responsibilities to provide efficient solutions to any project challenges that may be faced by construction and contractors.
  • You will present expansion projects with our dealer customers and a business plan to allow them to make a decision on store opening or relocation.
  • You will collaborate with other internal departments to achieve area and our goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of store expansion experience for retail related projects with space evaluation and layout.
  • 5+ years with orientation and location skills with tools that help to acquire an analysis and evaluation of sociodemographic variables (Google Earth, INEGI, Google Maps).
  • Proficient in English, comfortable in business conversations and presentations.
  • 2+ years of experience driving a manual transmission car and have a valid driver's license.
