Role mission

Working in partnership with our client, the Integrated Project Manager will manage end-to-end processes on digital marketing and social media projects directly with the client and our internal and offshore creative team.

Identify, measure and report on relevant project performance metrics/KPIs
Coordinate project activities in a matrix environment to deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality, enabling benefits realization.
Campaign implementation processes.
Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members and stakeholders, including customers, from project kickoff through execution.
Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are met, risks/issues are addressed, and project milestones are achieved.

WHAT SKILLS, EXPERIENCE WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

45 years' experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of marketing and social media.

Ideally experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Campaigns:

Problem solver, is not afraid to talk to customers (Brand Managers and Leads)
Strong proven project management skills and experience.
Knowledge of the campaign implementation process.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer services, to encourage high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Information and data management skills.
Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports.
Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects.
Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once.
Have a positive, cando outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk.

At least 35 years of provable experience as a Digital Project Manager with an agency background.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or similar

Availability requested: Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.

What do we offer?

Monthly Base Salary: $36,000.00 MX (sueldo bruto)
Above Law Benefits since day one.
Hybrid work system
One day a week is required to go to the Office (Torre Aleph, Mexico City)Flexibility day.
